Uninstall MTA. Uninstall GTAVC. Delete the GTAVC folder. Install GTAVC. Install MTA. Play. Also, the German EXE won't work with MTA.

If all servers had the same RPG script, it would be boring as fuck. Go make your own and then at least it's unique. I voted no.

I've had this before but not with MTA, with another MP mod for Vice City. Never found out what the problem was though. Try cleaning the Play CD, your CD/DVD drive, reinstalling GTAVC and then MTA.

Stop all downloads/uploads when you play. Sign out of everything (MSN, etc). Try to close everything you don't need open (web browsers, mirc, etc). Find a server that is close to your location, preferrably in the same country/continent. And you aren't lagging because you can't kill anyone, you can't kill anyone because you're lagging
