Most of MTA 0.5 servers are run on 2003 or similar. MTASA servers are run on 22003 or similar (since those are the default ports for each game).

Because the server browser doesn't list local servers, if you'd searched the forum about that you would have a thousand results. And you don't "make" users for remote admin, you use whatever you want.

My point exactly. You're presented with it when installing MTA, you have to read it and agree to it before you can install, obviously you didn't take notice of it. If on the other hand you'd paid attention to it, you wouldn't have had to post this.

Rcon and remote admin are different things. You don't need a username for remote admin.

Did you even read the EULA?

That's probably caused by the tilda (~) in his nickname.

Firstly, the in-game server browser does not show local servers, so you won't see your own. Secondly, are you trying to connect to your server using your local or external IP? And, do you have a router? Remember, routers are hardware firewalls.
