He did say he was a noob. You can't expect computer illiterate people to know the difference between a CLIENT and a SERVER, even if it is written on the screen in front of them.
In host you can put either the hostname or IP address of the server. From that hostname I can tell you that the IP address is 80.131.91.192.
And yes, the port is correct.
You use your common sense to install the CLIENT, and not the SERVER?
Hahahahaha I can't believe you downloaded the server and not the client and then wondered why you couldn't play. Such a shame that people can't read.
You have to click on the "Play MTA San Andreas" icon. It should be in C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas or in Start menu\All Programs\MTA San Andreas if you've installed it to the default directories.
