Yes, like I said MTAVC's anticheat system is shoddy, it catches roughly 0% of cheaters. Speed/health hackers etc are very common in MTA 0.5 The anticheat in MTASA is significantly better though, and it has its own autoupdate system, so hopefully we won't see hackers very often, if not at all when Deathmatch is released.

Like one of the the devs posted a couple of weeks ago, if you're not fluent/literate in English, online gaming may not be the place for you. I suggest you try playing more in French servers, because at least then there will be people you can talk to and understand.

Car skins aren't changed in handling.cfg, he's probably changed the textures in gta3.img or whatever the file GTASA uses (I know GTA3 and Vice used gta3.img) or he's possibly used a mod installer to do it. Saying you have the original game when you've modded it is a bit stupid since it can be misleading and takes us longer to help. I suggest you completely reinstall the game and DON'T modify it at all. Then install MTASA and it should work.

No, you need some hardware, it's made my Microsoft and it's called an "Xbox". Why do you think PC games and Xbox games are made and sold seperately? Because they are different formats, the platform can only read its own format, not each others.

If you think it's no fun without having an unfair advantage over everyone else (using cheats), then online gaming is DEFINATELY not the right place for you.

I don't think that's possible at the moment, but it's highly likely that it will be in the future (next release possibly).

It could possibly be a glitch in the mod, if you take a certain vehicle, say the Hunter from the army base, it may have desynched and respawned on someone elses screen, and then they innocently go to enter it, and as soon as they get in it the game has a fit and throws you out, and it appears that you've been hijacked. The speedhacking though sounds definately like a cheat, it's very easy to cheat in MTA:VC and a lot of people take advantage of that.

Actually admitting you cheat isn't a good thing, you'll find that it will get you banned in no time at all.

Make sure there's nothing blocking MTA's access to the Internet. Plus, this is a client problem, not a server problem. The servers are fine, the problem is at your end.

There's no way to do it in v1.1.1 since the admin protocol does NOT report the players vehicle health.

The client does not require ports to be forwarded, only the server does.
