I can provide a download link from solidfiles, I only shared this map at sa-mp communities.

I posted it on 2 sites, one of them was the original sa-mp forum which doesn't exist anymore, the another one was a hungarian gta community site:

It has been confirmed that he used your map and since that's without your permission it will be removed from community page.

Confirmed because your file upload (.map) is from 2013 / 2014, and objects with exact coordinates match his "submarine.lua" file, so it's clearly the same map
