Have you made sure that you don't have too many modifiers ticked (on the left hand side) becuase if you make it too detailed with them, you'll get no servers. I don't think it would be a firewall issue as it would probably say that it could not connect or something similar.

Go to the MTA Homepage and download the latest client

for gta3 you probably need the v1.1 patch - if you select v1.0 in the client and click start game it will give you a link

the joypad works (kind-of) i'm not too sure about it, but to highlight another just do left/right. But i'm pretty sure you have another button set as enter/exit vehicles, and that button also selects spawns

First: Don't do so many posts; please go back and delete them (goto edit and tick the delete box) Something you could try is highlighting another spawn then going back to the one you want4ed and pressing enter. Otherwise it may be whichever button you have set to enter vehicles (instead of enter)

i'm guessing you're trying to find servers via ase - if you are then you need to update your filters, and then some 0.4.1 servers should come up.

when it blocks a program, it should just have a popup asking whether you want to keep blocking the program.

you can already do something like this in mta:vc, you enter spectator mode when you spawn and you can switch from player to player, watching them. If you suggesting it for gta3 then i'm sure the team are alreayd trying to do it.

Create a system restore point and try it out then. I think it does a lot more than just the firewall and popup blocker...

I installed it and it's fine. It blocks a lot of programs, but gives a popup when you open them and asks if you want to keep blocking it.
