Well, then the latest ATI driver for you would be 5.2 Catalyst but that still won't sort the directx 9 issue, can't you just say ignore to the unsigned WHQL? or is it your OS that won't accept the directX update?

warez... can't help you on that, I think a mod is left somewhere in your game and has been grabbed by the trainer detector. Go buy the game, you can get it very cheap these days.

I voted yes, it's really helpful in combat. I've gotten used to it already, and there doesn't seem to be any drawbacks.

gah check www.aeron.tk I know that patch on that page works, no need to go risk anything with kazaa. Just remember to switch to version 1.1 in the 'options' dialog in the MTA 0.5 client.

I would appreciate them doing something about the bandwith usage though. The bandwith that MTA uses, often forces me too go play some other game that are less bandwith consuming. Therefor one of the things I'm looking very much forward to in Blue is the improved packets and whatever they have done to reduce bandwith usage. Also, don't tell me to get a ISP that provides flatrate Inet, it simple isn't avalible in my area :-\

I appreciate everything you (the MTA team) did for GTA3, if your gonna focus on Blue after this, then we at least got a decent mod left for GTAIII, it deserves to have all islands and gamemodes. Good thing there was put so much effort into it. I do hope we can get a 100% crashfree GTA3 before Blue though. But as it is now, I'm very pleased with GTA3

Well there is no system that directly forces you to play teams (i.e. there isn't friendly fire off function or punishment for teamkilling.) This MTA core is limited to what it can do, but the mod is very enjoyable all the same, you can play VC in two gamemodes, deathmatch and stunt. Deathmatch allows you to switch between 5 different spawn characters all with their different weapons and advantages. 0.5 still lacks some balance with the different spawns, this is being worked on. In stunt you can use all the obvious stunt vehicles, bikes, taxis, packers, helis and even RCs are in the game! Every character has access to their special vehicles, there are bikers for bikes (obviously) heli pilots (forgot the spawn name) for helis and so on. But most popular is the Fun House Dept. which is a spawn near North Point mall in the garage lot, there you can use Golf Carts, voodoo with hydralics, pizza boy scooters or RC vehicles as mentioned before. All these vehicles come packed with nitro which allows you to boost your speed considerably. I hope you gained some insight into MTA:0.5, it's a MP mod you'd enjoy to play! also check: http://www.mtablue.info - this mod will introduce MOD support for VC, which the community has been requesting for a long time, they hope to finish it before San Andreas is released for the PC, but we'll just have to see. I could babble on about GTA3, but it's bed time.

That should only happen if you replay a MTA .rep file in singleplayer. Zoom should be, both mouse buttons then drag the mouse forward for zoom-in and backwards for zoom-out, dunno seems to work I haven't had probs with it yet

eAi was talking about dedicated LAN servers that would have the required bandwith to synch some peds, since more bandwith and the connections obviously are faster for LAN networks than through the Inet... People have requested special LAN servers before, that maybe would've supported stuff that would require T3 on the internet to run. eAi, I'm among those 1%, please do it for ME! >: )

don't use a german exe whatsoever, MTA doesn't like them. Either you use a no-cd (not all of them work btw, Aeron's should) or you use a english cd exe, I'm sure you can find one somewhere. There was also something aussies and germans had to do with the american.gxt, but I've forgotten that Only use english language as well, if you can select it methinks.
