Wierd.. maybe it needs to be clicked from a certain angle. Another way to delete it would be to go to Elements > Object List, then select that object, press enter and press Del.

Make sure you're typing the correct IP. Type the internal IP of the computer that the server is on (ie 192.168.0.X, go to Run > cmd and type ipconfig to find it) if that's not what you were doing already. edit: opps, didn't see leviathon's post

I agree, there should be an option to remove the chatbox and nametags. It was done in previous versions, why not in SA? As for the map/radar, you can just turn it off in options.

You're absolutely right about this. Even with 100 people, the huge size of SA will still be a problem if everyone is scattered. The best solution would be to place all pickups/spawns/vehicles in one location (East LS for intsance) so that people would have no reason to stray too far from the play area. This way people will never have to go far to get to the action.

And it's not even currently being developed.. they stopped working on it a while ago and started on MTA:SA. If it ever is made, it will be after a few SA releases.

Game Monitor and ASE are two totally seperate, unrelated services.. I think you have to register your server with Game Monitor for them to show it.

Moved to MTA:SA Server problems. To log in from the game, make sure you have 'Admin ' set up properly in the .conf file, and log in using the same name and password (rcon_login ). For logging in with the admin client, put your local IP in the IP field (or the same one you use to connect to your server in quick connect), and make sure that the port isn't the server port, but the AdminPort specified in the .conf file (default AdminPort 44003).

With the MTA SDK you'll be able to do what you're asking, but that isn't out yet.

I misread your first post, thought you were talking about external IP. Anyway, if it's an internal IP conflict, the computers wouldn't be able to connect to the network in the first place, right? So I don't think there's anything wrong with his internal IP configuration. Maybe it just doesn't support two players from the same IP.. a) On what pc is your server running (IP)? b) Whats the second pc IP? c) What IP do you connect to? d) What error do you get? Looks like he tried connecting to a server outside his network as well.

try putting the .map's in the same folder as the tool.

I thought all computers on a network have the same external IP.
