If you can't bring focus back onto MTA:SA then you can terminate it by pressing ctrl-alt-del, g, del, enter.

You can't lock on with the hydra in MTA because they didn't sync guided missiles.

Frames per second, download fraps and check what you're getting. You should be getting 25 through most of the race.

If you don't want your server address to change, get a Dynamic DNS. It will allow you to choose a permanent url that points to your IP address, as long as you update it every time your IP changes. Google it.

There are no headshots, the head always stays on. It takes 3 shots from a sniper to kill someone. Not sure about the third one.

You can use a varierty of programs to render the file to a smaller size, and still keep a normal format.. like Virtual Dub. Either they didn't notice it or chose not to fix it. The team cannot fix every single bug that comes up, otherwise they would never get a release out. They were also busy developing DM at the time, so they only got to the major issues.

Do you have any mods installed or original files changed? MTA:SA only supports clean installs of San Andreas.

Well it's probably normal and you're just not used to it. If it bothers you you can enable the frame limiter which lock your fps at 25 (it's in Options>Display).

Are you much faster than others in the server? What framerate are you getting?
