Exactly, you can make sure people stay in the desired area by putting all your spawnpoints, vehicles, and pickups there. If you wanted you could also create objects that act as physical barriers.

If you are suggesting that it's easy to use the point blank 'exploit' on someone, you are very wrong. All you have to do is use common sense and run back a bit every time your opponent gets too close. I highly suggest you re-read my last post. This has been the case in all previous MTA's and is the case with SA. ASSAULT RIFLES, as I said, have automatic fire. The difference in fire rate between any auto-fire weapons is negligible since it takes virtually no time for those weapons to fire off two shots. It is almost entirely a matter of who fires first and whether they are accurate when dealing with automatic weapons.
-
Sprinting allows you to run faster than any of your opponents who may be firing at you. In order for them to catch up, they'd have to cease fire and sprint to your position. While they are running you have a chance to stop and fire your weapon at them without getting shot. This is just a matter of not being stupid and using your long range weapon at LONG RANGE rather than standing in one place and making yourself an easy target. Hopefully after you play the game you will grasp this concept.. I also don't quite see what this has to do with the 'point blank exploit'. If someone gets close to you, BOTH people get the ability. In fact, assault rifles have been very effective in killing any players that run up to you in my experience.

What did you uninstall and what files were deleted? Give us some more details.
-
So what is the problem if you have this same ability? Just kill them point blank if they run up to you. And if by rifle you mean the country rifle, that's a horrible weapon for close range and you shouldn't use it like that in the first place.

Check out the DM video, there's like a 20 seconds clip of someone getting run over. http://modpro.be/mta/MTADM_Shot5_HQ.avi

That's so not true. You'll never have to stop moving with tec9s or mac10s and you both sprint the same speed. The only difference is you can't move with more than half the weapons. But then again, the sync looks a lot better in MTA. If you can actually hit someone properly while they sprint, maybe it won't be too big of a problem. We'll have to wait and see though. Why? If they can shoot on the run, you have even more reason to move and not be an open target. In virtually every game it is a bad idea to stand and shoot in one spot for more than a few seconds. When someone gets close, simply run back a bit and resume fire. Besides, whenever someone comes up to you, you have that same ability to kill them point blank.
-
I don't have any problem with it. You should never let an enemy get that close to you, and if they do you deserve it.
-
You just saw what foot sync will look like at 100 ms. Vechicle sync has also been improved, though it will never be completely smooth. The race mod is so demanding because everyone in the server is in close proximity to eachother. In DM people will generally be spread out over a large area, so you will rarely see 30 players on screen at one time. Then again if MTA:VC lagged, I wouldn't get my hopes up about MTA:SA..

I do not think it should be considered as a bad idea, at all. For your information, this technique is known as Pixelart. I suggest you resize your video window to 135x64 if it really disturbs you. Yeah I thought it was a great addition to the theme and the music, especially at the end.

Confirm that you tried waiting the list to finish loading, but still see all servers as unscanned.

Heh, I don't really remember you but you're on my MSN list so I must have known you!

People going faster then you? Still need help?

How Many? Even on good PC's there will almost certainly be a large framedrop if there are 25 cars on the screen at one time. What is your framerate when you see only a couple of cars, as opposed to when you see a lot? -
It never worked to begin with so they took it out (it may have looked like there was a missle chasing the target, but it wasn't synchronized).

How many cars do you see on screen when you get such low fps? To turn off AA go into GTA:SA Options, Display Settings, set AA to Off. Then make sure it's off in nVidia control panel (Right click desktop, Properties, Settings, Advanced, 6100 GT, Performance and Quality Settings). You have a pretty weak video card so don't be surprized if that doesn't help. -

Did you lower resolution? Turn off AA and AF? -
Use 4 and 6 on numpad to change view, mouse is used for flying the plane (by default).

Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere

I really like that. Yep that is really nice. Would be better if there were characters from GTA3 and VC as well.

The obvious answer is No, they won't allow cheating. On the contrary, they'll work hard to prevent it. Why don't you try getting some practice instead?

Check \Program Files/MTA San Andreas for Multi Theft Auto.exe. If it's not there, uninstall then install again.

You heard wrong. You can play two-player on consoles though (not online).
-
You CANT play it on console. You can only play it on PC.

It's probably some problem with your sound software. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your soundcard and try messing with the sound settings in GTA:SA Options. Also try lowering hardware acceleration to basic (start>controlpanel>sounds>advanced>performance).
