i asked once if it would theoretically be possible to load mta-race maps so despite getting a yes as answer at the time .. thats going to be a no ? You should be able to use certain elements of old race maps in DM after converting them to the new format (provided someone makes a converter), but you can't play the map exactly as you would in race. If the vehicle spawnpoints are converted to player spawnpoints, you will spawn there on foot. If they are converted to vehicle spawnpoints, an empty vehicle will spawn there. The only real use I see for the converter for the objects.

Agreed, if anything the current driveby weapons need to be tampered with to drastically reduce thier rate of fire and/or damage when used in that fashion, if not then they will be the bane of the game (alternatively allow server admins to disable them - I'm betting that the majority will ) You do realize that the default sideways drivebys are disabled in favor of the free-aim ones? Their rate of fire is actually slower than it is on foot.

Players can only spawn on foot. Why would you want to spawn them in a vehicle?

If you're talking about auto-aim then yeah that will be disabled.

If 22003 is your server port, you would enter 22126 for ASE.

Just like you supposedly opened your game port for MTA (default 22003), open gameport + 123. Oh and FYI I deleted the cheating thread you posted in. Any further discussion of cheats on these boards will result in a ban.

I think single player has weapon lock if you choose gamepad in control options.

YES!! Some error when you go on a bike. Don't know how. Did it once then i died after i started moving It's a bug, it's not synchronized and it still looks like you're in a vehicle to others.
