Check server\mods\deathmatch\local.conf and see what ports are being used.

It could be caused by a problem with custom models. Try this: Settings->Video->Volumetric Shadows->Uncheck

It looks like Comodo is sandboxing MTA or GTA, which is messing things up. Try disabling 'Auto-Sandbox' in Comodo

Did you try to change your serial?

What server was it?

Looks like the crash is caused by running out of video memory. Try stopping scripts to track down where it is happening.
