The link is http://www.multitheftauto.com/ Traffic usage to CIT is around 20KBs upload and slightly more download, (although it will probably peak higher than that occasionally.) Server port is 22003. Traffic is UDP. It looks like the server stops getting your packets, so the problem is with your upload to the server. (An upload pause of over 10 seconds will cause the server to disconnect.)

Check the capitalization of the files names. Linux is case-sensitive. If that doesn't help, show all the startup errors. They should be in mods/deathmatch/logs/server.log
