  1. This can happen when an ISP thinks that the game network traffic is P2P and gives it a low priority. Does the problem occur at all times of the day?

  3. Try these MTA settings: Settings->Advanced->Single Connection->On Settings->Advanced->Browser Speed->Very Slow

  11. Assuming the shutdown is instant, I would say it is some hardware problem. PSUs are normally responsible for power off problems - But who knows in this case.

    Instead of tzselect use this: dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

The problem could be a virus (according to the MTADiag log, Microsoft Security Essentials real time scanning is disabled), or more likely, some hardware issue which is highlighted by the way MTA/GTA uses resources. * Find a utility to monitor CPU temperature when MTA is running. * Swap the PSU with a spare one.

    The problem is not occurring in MTA/GTA itself. It could be a problem with something that is running at the same time. Try this: 1) Remove d3d9.dll from GTA install dir 2) Stop GF experience 3) Temporarily disable Avast

    Ensure Process Hacker and/or Cheat Engine are not running before starting MTA

  21. Are these settings are still set? Control Panel->System->Advanced System Settings->Startup and Recovery Settings->System failure: * Uncheck 'Automatically restart' * Select 'Small memory dump' from the drop down list

  23. Try reinstalling GTA, and then run GTA (without MTA)
  24. There is a bug with AMD drivers+Windows 10+GTA:SA I suggest you ask AMD for help. (Good luck!)
