Make sure both and in mtaserver.conf are different to the ones on the first server.

The steam crash (Offset = 0x000F1464) can be stopped by setting the 'Radio volume' to 0% in Settings->Audio

Do you have the Steam version of GTA:SA? Because Steam has recently updated the GTA:SA audio files which causes MTA to crash.

Do you have a joystick plugged in?

The crash is caused by some sound problem. I see you have some modified audio files, try restoring the originals: \audio\CONFIG\BankLkup.dat \audio\CONFIG\TrakLkup.dat \audio\SFX\FEET \audio\SFX\GENRL \audio\SFX\PAIN_A \audio\streams\BEATS

What is the MTA build number? Is there a crash dump created in mods/deathmatch/dumps/ ? Check the OS logs to see if it reports stopping the MTA server for some reason: /var/log/syslog

Check you are editing the correct file: 1. Stop the server 2. Edit acl.xml and add some random characters to the start of the file 3. Start the server Does the server start ok?
