It sounds like your device is unable to load the server's login panel - this is typically an issue with memory or video card memory.
Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions

If you don't recall using an injector 5 hours 30mins ago, you may want to check that you're the only person using the device and then run a few virus/malware scans.
The ban lasted only an hour and you should be good to play again
As indicated in your previous appeal we are not removing the ban.
Temorary bans serve as warnings to immediately stop malicious activities in MTA
In many cases we opt to permanent bans on first offence to help mitigate and discourage cheating in MTA, but in your case we believe a warning should suffice

If you've never used a spoofer on your device, it means someone else did. In that case, look into reinstalling your operating system and let us know if the ban issue persists

You will need to undo the spoofer changes made to your device, or reinstall your operating system to have this ban removed

The ban means you or someone else has used a spoofer on your device. If you don't know why that is, try reinstalling your operating system

It's very rare that we remove 'cheating' bans as cheating has no place in MTA - on local or public servers - however, if you provide me with your MTA serial, I can at least take a look for you.
Run MTA, press F8 and type serial
