Welcome to the forums @CriaDoPaizao I've moved your post into the Portuguese support forum. I can see your game is modded quite heavily with some mods (DLLs included) that MTA doesn't support. Please check to see if there's any trainers or injectors running for other games, and then stop/delete those and try running MTA again
