Vinyard is right, you're getting kicked from MTA for running Cheatengine. If you did not intend on running Cheatengine with MTA, make sure to change its settings to not be allowed on startup or update itself without you explicitly selecting it

The serial is invalid - MTA serials are 32 characters long. To find your serial, run MTA, press F8 and type serial and enter

You can replace the .txd file using TXD Workshop. Click 'find' and type in the name of the file you're trying to locate, and then replace and save.
