I am curious as to what they think in regards to seeing someone adding mp to their game (something they should have done to begin with in my view). More specifically, I am curious as to why they didnt make a mp part in GTA 3 and Vice city. I don´t think anyone can tell what blue will be like yet. Though current gangs may be getting experience in terms of knowing the enviroment, new weapons and new possibilities may wreck that. No point in dodging behind a wall if the blast from a rocket launcher will 1-hit kill you, stuff like that. On the other hand , certain universal things can be mastered now. Hmm, I guess my suggestion is learn MTA as it is now if you want to dominate later. Having a theme is a great idea and much in the spirit of GTA. However, if you want to be able to compete as a gang there will be restrictions you have to play by. Which brings me to riding a bike... baaad idea lol. ... unless of course you want to move away from the combat. The vast majority of players in a server will be driving in cars, you lose hp when you fall of it and further more you can´t swim... There is none. lol. Well, it´s beta software and there is no official ladder or tournament. To me playing MTA, what it comes down to is my love for GTA. Not online competition. Dont take me wrong, there most certainly is competition involved lol. In fact I think real life gangs may seem passive compared to what goes on here I believe there are around 7 major gangs competiting actively each week. (80 % of which claim the title as number 1) There is of course also a lot of smaller local gangs. Rich opportunity to compete and practice. Good luck with whatever you chose to do.

Yes , you should call rockstar and tell them you want them to do a press release announcing that "MTA 0wnz" Does anyone know why GTA 3 and Vice didn´t have mp ? Were they concerned that no one would want to play it online ? Did the MTA team ever speak to anyone from rockstar ? Does rockstar know about MTA ? What did they say ? Seriously though, they should be thankful.

Sounds great. I believe the stability to be of high importance as GTA is great in itself. It´s the #1 complaint I hear from outsiders when I try and make them play MTA. Lol, I made this game reporter play it once , havent spoken to him since. Anyway, sounds like 15-20 % procent of in crashes ?

I am most excited about the stability of the game. As it is right now my game is like : 1) play, eventually die 2) spawn crash (2/3 times) 3) exit to windows 4) restart vice 4) vice crash 5) exit to windows 6) restart vice , upon spawn mouse stops working 7) exit to windows restart vice , play "Well then don´t die". Be quiet, it´s a lame joke. Boats I am not too excited about. Very few spots where you can actually hit targets on land from the water. I guess that´s where the rocket launcher comes in... ?

I definitely think car kills should be in the game. As stated in the article, what you have to remember is, that the very few times someone actually hits another person with their car, all they will have accomplished is an interruption of other people´s fights.

is it allowed to camp or escape ? best tactics would be to dodge the most intensive fighting and then move in to clean up when the rest is outnumbered.

Ok, I made some more attempts at playing on a big server (26 ppl). I tried both local and distant servers, some full others almost empty. Result was the same. As soon as I spawn the game runs in bullettime. Super slowmotion. The firering speed of the m4 is similar to the one of the pistol. Doesnt matter if I am alone , driving or on foot. Funny because my brother´s pc has the same os , same amount of ram, ghz and the same graphics card - his game runs smoothly speedwise. Instead he is suffering from a lot of random crashes - which I dont.
