If you are a high pinger I recommend that you use the MINISERVER it's the 10 player version of the partyserver and will also remain as cheat free as we can make it.

Noone played in the Partyserver before we made it popular. You can give ppl the kfcpwnu pass for the private there are options. We can start filling up the Miniserver ppl who don't like cheat haven servers will gravitate to cheat free servers including the ppl you play with now

Cheating isn't as widespread as you say. It may seem real bad at times but Utopia is correct to think that more active admins can keep the servers clean. Who should be on this other team? Yesterday was a prettybad day for cheaters in the Partyserver but most times that server is cheat free because of sometimes overzealous but active admins

I am competing for fun and it's more fun when we have an equal chance. I wouldn't play chess if the other guy had 3 queens. Like you Ice and Driver I have let Ice play in Partyserver and he didn't cheat and he played well. I knew he was a cheater but he promised to not cheat in the PartyServer. Didn't last long thou he ended up cheating So once you cheat and you are getting housed like I would do to you no doubt. And when you get mad and start yelling at your monitor... All of the sudden you click on your cheat and think "I'll show them" and you do but you show us that you are lame Cheating is cheating but I don't care what happens on stunt servers because I don't use them

True and the other game that was made by Yamm isn't very up to date so prolly not so enjoyable. I believe Yamm merged with others to become MTA so anything good would have come with it. If you want to play GTA3 before the release then use the latest version

make sure you language is set to english that can hose you. did you select the correct version number? 1.0 or 1.1 If it's not either one I would try to complete reinstall first just MTA but if that doesn't work Vice City too

I agree so I am now moving to prague... j/k Utopia play in the MiniServer it's a 10 player and you can have admin in it. I will look into the 10 player whenever I can but like you said I can't be there all the time
