Oh yeah. That would make a great mini game (hint, hint). not for the minigame, but the area inside where theres all the fake walls with windows. its perfect for fighting.

camhack was discussed a long time ago, and one of the devs gave it a nod. Back then it's sole purpose was to enable full control of the camera. a few newer features have been added since. such as a spedometer and a "manual transmission" button (which is annoying as hell) Without camhack, I wouldn't have been able to make MY COMIC

mcafee I find is really overzelous with the protection (which can be good i suppose) and i bet they get a lot of this every day. Of course MTA is a very popular program and this warrents a reply from mcafee (IMO)

cops spawn near cop cars, so you put them all in one spot, you guarenteed to spawn there. a side effect of this is that you spawn on top of something (like a building) if it happens to be where you are spawning
