How many threads must be made before people notice that its VERY VERY VERY VERY easy to do a 100 hour wheelie with a sanchez? yes theoretcly it can be done . But no people seem to KEEP on making new threads just to post something that isnt so amazing , tell me add why didnt you just post in the other guys thread? yeah you know what i mean. And why the fuck do you say you can do it with a pcj too? you know your bullshiting there ,if you can do it, do it dont just say you can do it.

Yeah i was thinking IF we got 2 servers that one would be vice alywas( almost ) and the other on gta3 , but if we get one only we will cycle it .gamemodes af course too.

Yes there are, there are rules you get them when you enter the forums from http://www.mtavc.com (thats where you came from)incase you cant find em here they are : http://www.mtavc.com/forum.php No you can not, no there isnt and no this has not been asked before , anything that is not possible in single player without modding the game is not possible here ( except play against others via internet) so if you cant swim in single player you cant in multiplayer either.

HMMmmm. dont see anythign wrong with it sorry, only thing i can think of is that the port you are using for mta is already used for somethign else or that you have a router and/or firewall , if you do configure them and open the port your using ( defualt is 2003 for mta).

i know opuim asking for 2 seems stupid but we want to run dm and stunt ,but of course anyone offering 1 is greatly appreciated.

Ok something like that ussually means that you skipped one of the boxes, go to the folder where the files are and click mtaserver.conf and open it in notepad , copy the texts and paste it here so i can help you , ( remember remove the parts they should remain secret *admin password and your ip *)

Lefty the manual says if you downloaded the isntall version just run the install, you probable downloaded the zip version. So what you can do is download the server config tool to edit the details and start the servver up how you like.or download the install version. There isnt really teamplay there are classes, but theres also mtama which some server use to play teammode ,manhunt etcetc ( look in addons section for mtama info) But this is only text that show up in the chatbox,so nothign in game changes so if people just want to be idiots and not play the mode you have selected they can , but i also think some of these scripts can kick people for killing people on their team to much. MTAMA is the closest thing we have to gamemodes

Am i the only one that understands what ice flare means? I think so, anyways ice flare i dont think you can , it might not modify anythign but it does sit somewhere in the gta files doesnt it? so the file might be a diff size, but you know what why dont u just try it out? I would advice having a full clean install tought.

Actually 0.1 didnt suck, it was a pretty good one for a first version.

If your changing aliasses ,and still get banned somethign aint good with your side, i mean someone that hates you might ban you ( not that its allowed) just because they hate you, but if your under a different name eachtime and still get banned it must mean something is wrong . ( cheats ,hack , insults u get the idea)

Most people that do play gta , mod their game to include new cars ( thats the mods most people use) just because it makes your game cooler , these sites offer mods/cheats/hacks for SINGLE PLAYER I think when a site wants to become a affiliatte of mtavc.com they have to agree that theyll never post a cheat/hack for mta or the affiliation gets terminated. Face it we all ( most) do cheat in single player wheter it is by adaing a ferrari mod or by typing panzer to drop the tank in single player we do, its when you come online that you shoudnt cheat sinec in single player you dont play against anyone on mta you do.( this is without even going into the crashes etcetc)

Tonight i was playing mta as ussual and while attempting a stunt a saw somethign odd, they were 8 spots up in the sky they were just floating there completly still withotu moving, ass we all know planes are unabel to do that and helis cant stay that stable i managed to get 3 screens of this before i had to leave . Here are the screens : And at night they were still there only a little harder too see: I think he should call NASA and let them know about this it seems as Visitors of outer space have picked vie city as a visiting spot too. Hope ill be able to bring more on this .

No, the admin panel is only so you can kick ban players, or did you mean the server config tool? if you mean that then No again it just makes the job easier. Strength ,No, but 2 of characters ( im guessing that is what u really mean) do have a slight advantage tought, for example the sailor has regenerate health , the cop is the only player that can use armor , other then that the all the character have different spanw advantages ( and disatvantages) Mexican : + most powerfull weapons | - all weapons require him to stand still to use them Racer: +has most vehicles at his spawn location| - Has the weakest weapons compared to others. more advantages are in the manual i think.......
