True a public beta test would be a good idea such like gtaT with its versions with bug fixes etc. but that would mean a LONG time until FINAL release which is VERY time consuming for the coders!

it hasnt been announced that gta3 will be built on the upcoming "Blue" technology!

it would use too much bandwidth not worth it really...

Yep good look with MTA:Blue as i can also see there are a few other multiplayer mods that are in competition with you so you have to make this release the best yet
