Frankly.. We haven't done a single thing to the NPCs script yet as we have a lot of other things that are much higher priority. After that litteraly the entire NPC script is going under a major rewrite and the most annoying issues, such as this one, should be resolved :p.

Putting your resolution to something lower and making an dx from a lower resolution helps a lot.

Exactly my point about download, you said less than 100 you wouldn't doubt giving it a chance. About 1 year and a half ago I had people complaining on ~24 MB of download which is why we were forced to take drastic actions and lower it to 7 with background download tasks etc. Now on my second server we have ~60 or ~70 MB of download and we haven't had a single complaint about it (although we do still plan to do an drastic decrease).

Actually low download is not as big of a factor as it used to be 2-3 years ago. With the nets improving world wide I barely heard anyone complaining about DL sizes anymore in the last 6 months or so.

Something smells fishy here. And here's what: 1: You say you exist for 3 years yet this is the first time I hear of you (well I'm not following normal server hosts so I may be wrong here). 2: gforce servers? What a unique name that must of taken you ages to think of as I never heard of that before. 3: Your website transfers to volixstudio.com and has "gforce servers" mentioned anywhere, what? 4: Your grammar / English knowledge is rather bad for running a hosting service. 5: You didn't even bother to change the WHMC logo from the public billing platform you use (again, not following into server hostings so I'm not aware if WHMC disallows one to change the logo). So how can one know you're trustable?

Why would they do that? They are in no way affiliated with servers that are ran on MTA:SA, last thing they need is having to contact multiple server owners in regards of someone's bans next to releasing updates for us.

You've been banned from a specific server therefore that specific server staff needs to handle your ban appeal. MTA:SA team is in no way related to it nor can your serial be changed.
