If you stay still in one spot and people can't kill you, they should know you're paused. If you're moving around and someone empties a couple clips on you, then you're probably cheating. So if I were an admin and I saw that I wouldn't ban you because it's obvious it isn't cheating.

Do you have Windows 98? If so, that's probably your problem.

if you have WIN xp right-click the gta-vc.exe, click proproties go to the comatibilaty tab mark V in the "run this program in compatibilaty mode" checkbox and then choose win 98\me from the dropdown menu... and... Windows ME is the problem. MTA runs best on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. There have been a lot of problems reported with Windows 98 and Windows ME.

How'd you do that without editing the game? If you did edit the game, that breaks the MTA contract, and you can't use that in a server otherwise it will crash the other players.

Here's what I did wrong on that jump: I shouldn't have tried to land on another Packer, you can't get enough height. I should have parked the Packer on the other Packer, added more cars, and landed on the pavement. Maybe I'll try it next time. Oh, and a better location. There was a bad bump right before the jump and it screwed up my angle.

As soon as MTA turns into an RPG, I'm done playing it.

I think they are making a big mistake going with GtaT, I played it the other day, and I can just say I completely hated it. Plus that little extra island in GtaT is the worst mapping I've ever seen. Ever. Hopefully they don't have the GtaT mapper doing it for GTA: WO.

The quality sucks. Sorry to be so..honest but it does. Have it compressed into avi format with better quality and see what you can do to get a better and faster host. People will want to see it because it will look nice and it'll be in a more universal format, thus more people will be able to view and critique it. As for the stunts and editing, very nice.
