No it's not that, happens in single player too. I can get a video if you want, no sound on the video though.

Sure, turn the music down and crank up your speakers. If that doesn't work I can suggest fiddling with the device options in audio settings to see if the other choices help you.

Here's what I can suggest. Switch res to 1280x1024x16 or 1024x768x32 and see if there is any difference. Also turn frame limiter on and dynamic acoustic modeling off. Turn the draw distance to half, and we'll see what happens. It's worth a try at least.

I'm having a problem, but I don't think it's with MTA:VC, so I was wondering if someone could help me or tell me what the hell is going on. Sometimes when I open Vice City up, I get in a car, and here's what happens. The car starts off going really slow, and the back end bounces up and down. Meanwhile the car isn't making any sound what so ever, when you should be hearing the shifting and such. When you get going fast enough, the back end stops bouncing, and then the sound starts, but it's already in the top gear so the sound get's really high and you can't go any faster. This makes things slower and it's kind of messed up. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated. This is something I really want to clear up. Peace.

Hmm, my system is a AMD Athlon 1.4Ghz with 256MB RAM running Windows XP and I notice very little slowdown in top speed driving. A few more questions. What is your draw distance set to? Do you have frame limiter on? What is your resolution and color setting? My draw distance is the first 6 little boxes filled in. Frame limiter is on. And my resolution is 640x480x16. I know that resolution may look like crap, but you should at least be able to run 800x600x16 or 1024x768x16. Another reason it may be running slow is if you have it on *x*x32. 32 bit color can cause slowdowns. Also I've noticed that if you go to the audio options and turn off dynamic acoustic modeling it can speed up your game. If none of this stuff works for you, well..hopefully it will.

Oh well I just figured out 44.03 is the newest version. I've got no ideas now, how much RAM do you have, and what is your processor speed? Also, whats your OS? Probably irrelevent, but I guess it's worth knowing.

Oh, then that's odd. I use this crappy MX, and god do I want another card. Anyway, I use those drivers too though on my GeForce 2 MX, so you might want to check the Nvidia site for more updated drivers, and if they don't have any I don't know what to tell you.

Which properties/assets do you own, and which of them have you completed?

I have those same drivers, the truth is, GeForce cards suck, and that's why they don't run Vice City well. (I'm assuming it's a MX) So my suggestion would be getting a new card, which is what I want to do.

In all these stunt videos I keep seeing people on motorcycles spinning in the air, doing backflips, etc. I've been trying to figure out how to spin on a motorcycle, anyone have any clue how it is done?

Most likely. It's been proven that in MOST cases, that issue is cleared up with the installation and use of Windows XP.

To take a screenshot, look on the F button bar and find a button that says PrtScn. Push this and it will copy the picture and you have to paste it into Photoshop or something and save it. Some programs will save it automatically. To make videos, http://www.fraps.com
