The new core was in production one way or another for a long time before anybody out-team was aware of its existance. The details and it's code name (Blue) were only released publicly relatively recently.

You could just keep a history, a note of each vehicle as its used in an ini. (perhaps only the last three to prevent the file becoming enormous). Then refer to it when required.

Perhaps code in some newb protection. i.e. safe areas where they cannot be killed but can begin to earn, or even immunity to death until they reach a certain 'level' financially. A lot of mmolrpgs use these techniques to prevent unbalance.

A mIRC script cannot effect your game starting, it's totally remote from it.

Can you view other services with that tool? If so then it sounds like you have a global ban in your servers banlist, if not then look again at your port forwarding and firewall setup.

Simply run single player to select the English Language option if it isn't set already, then run MTA.

I'm afraid I've never really come across you before capone so I cannot comment, but to paraphraze a wise man: anyone who craves leadership is probably unsuitable for it. I just know that Brophy will keep his cool in the situations that ALWAYS arise at some time or other in competitive matches (flaming, arguments, rule contesting etc), rather than many who would rise to the bait and make matters worse.

I strongly suggest Brophy for captain, he's mature, reliable, experienced and respected.

Wise move not releasing this. Good work creating it in the first place however, it shows you have talent and drive. Be sure to take a good look at the SDK when it's ready and see what you can create 'legitimately' for future MTA's

EDIT: Those are two different scripts. Evaluation version of mirc is fine.

Make sure you have the current version of mIRC, older ones throw that error. (MTAmA install does tell you the minimum version required.)
