    As previously stated by @Tut in a similar thread, changing your serial is currently not possible. The problem you're facing on the server you play should be addressed by the staff (or better yet the upper management) there, you should be able to close or retrieve your account/change its credentials (as long you can prove your true ownership of it) so that you both retrieve your access and also prevent others from further accessing your account.

    Hi, could you let us know if you get any kind of errors? If you're trying to join your friend's server (that's what I can understand from your message) but your attempt is unsuccessful it might be caused by ports, therefore let your friend try the solutions mentioned in this topic and see if that helps:
