Some problems that could have been easily fixed: If you ran it at 16 bit instead of 32 you wouldn't have the problem where it goes faster than it really is. You should have taped the landing at least. Music sucks, go with some hard core techno, hard core rock, hard core something. Try showing more spins. Stunts that have half a spin and you're guy bailing are stupid.

How would I make a video that would be usable by Virtual Dub? Whenever i save it (wmv format) and try to open it in virtual dub it says that format is un-supported. Is there any coverterting utilities tthat can covert the video? Or any add-ons to Virtual Dub that can open it? Thanks.

Why can't you use FRAPS? It's very simple: Set to 640 x 480, 16 bit resolution. Then open the replay and hit the button assigned to recording the vid. When you are done hit it again and your video is saved in the directory where you installed FRAPS.

Weapons of the same class will spawn near that class. So if you want M4 look near where the sailers spawn.

Did you get the MTA installer or the ZIP file?

In ASE go to Filter > Configure Games. Click on the plus sign next to Not Installed Games then scroll down to Multi Theft Auto and click on it to select it. Then click Browse, on the right, and find where MTA.exe was installed to, or you could do Auto Detect if you're willing to wait.
