  1. http://www.pimpshit.net/flash/policestate.swf Was the person who made this an escapee from an insane asylum? Edit: If you didn't catch what the guy said at the beginning, he said "Racism isn't cool D"
  2. I can;t beleive you people don't understand. There is no login, there is no user intervention. Just a unique key generated and stored in the regsitry, and then checked by server to see if it's banned on connect. Why the hell would anyone want a login?
  3. No. It works like this. The code is stored in the registry, but in a way so the user can't find it. When MTA is started, it decrypts the code from the regsitry then sends it to the server, with no user intervention. If there's a ban on the code, then the user is kicked immediatly. So if he wanted to change his code so he could get in the server, he would have to figure out how it is encrypted. Then use the encryption to search the registry and delete it.
  4. It's not like it has to find it, just put in the client the registry directory and you're set.
  5. To delete it he would have to find it. That's the whole point on paragraph 2.
  6. Well, I just came up with this idea. How about you make an MTA-ID like thingy, similiar to Steam ID. What you do is have a server with a list of used codes. Everytime someone installs, it makes a new code and add it to the list, so it can't be used again. The code is then put in the regsitry. But you want it so it would be extremely hard to delete it from the regsitry. For example, in the regsitry there's a part with tons of folders with long random numbers. Click here to see what I am talking about. You can add another folder to that list, put the code in the folder. But not the actual code itself, since someone could just search the ID code and delete it. What you would do is have it encrypted so it's a long string of numbers and letters. When MTA is started, it's decoded and sent to the Server. Now an admin can ban 56k users, or anyone with a rotating IP address. The only way to get past this would be to find a way to de-crypt the code, and then search it in regsitry. Or re-format.
  7. And calling me a whore just proves your superiority?
  8. Whoring is my proffesion. Just ask your mom. That made absolutely no sense.
  9. 9999 ping means un-responsive.
  10. OMG that is so sexy! I am getting turned on, where's my lube? OMG this is better than that 13 year old being raped by a black guy!
  11. I think that is the dumbest idea I've heard in a while.
  12. http://www.oldeenglish.org/gymclass.html SPOILER I love Mr. Sniper. He's the best charector.
  13. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=140684 I went to the link to download, but the site appears to not work. Where can I get this mod?

    LAN mode

Is it possible for the server to have the option of setting the mode to LAN where it sends more data, which would reduce lag on LAN games?

Who wants to play a stupid text game?
  16. I think it would be great to have a Pay 'n' Spray online working. I hate it that to get a new vehicle I would have to go back to where I get it and destroy my current vehicle, when I could just go into a pay 'n' spray and come out fresh.
  17. After I am killed, when I re-spawn the game crashes and I have to hit Escape to quit, then restart game. This is very annoying. What could be the problem?
  18. A Half Life 2 mod that is like GTA. You could steal cars, collect floating weapons. And the cool part would be the physics, such as when you run over people they would realisticly flop around. And it would be cool to have seperate hit boxes on a vehicle, such as the engine, gas tank, and wheels. EDIT: The real question. Is there any mods coming out like this for HL2 that any of you know about?
  19. I have divx installed so I can watch divx videos, and I can watch xvid videos also. And this happens on many movies, ones made by myself and movies made by mod devlopers, things like that.
  20. I installed DivX on 2 different computers with 2 different OSes, one is very high quality gaming machine, another is a crappy old emachine from 5 years ago. Both have the same problems. it's prolly divx corp making buggy software or anything, cause this happens in the latest build of Windows Media Player 9.0
  21. I hate Divx. First of all, it doesn't allow streaming. So you have to download the entire file before you can play it. So I never know how much is done till it's done... Second, during playback sometimes I get a green screen, where it's just pure green in the vid, and my computer slows down almost to a halt. I have to do ALT+F4 to get out of it. 3rd, the compression sucks compared to Windows streaming. I got twice the compression with windows streaming codec, with no noticeable quality loss, and it actually streams! Just wanted to let you know. You can use this codec with ulead video studio, with a free trial. I just re-install it every month and it works fine, and you can actually do custom effects and merge videos with ease. Just wanted to let you know, I hate it that everyone uses divx when streaming is so much better.
