hmmm, I don't think you could disable it, but you could unbind it and remove the chatbox: here: unbindKey(player,"f1") showChat(player,false) after just bind the key to the freeroam command and show the players chat

ok, on the page I posted, it basically says: Paste this: src="help.xml" type="client"/> in your meta.xml, then create an xml file called: help.xml, after put this: popup="no">Help Content> in the help.xml file.

If you're using your server, you could start editor first then start the old map, but if you're using the Editor through MTA Program(No Server) then you could logIn and start the map.

The script basically checks every resource for a help.xml file and if it finds one then it automatically creates a tab then anything in the xml file(between ) will be displayed in the helpmanager tab.

Sorry, I don't think anyone would sell their server that's already finished/completed, unless they are giving away gamemodes.
