You can't really post like 2% of your code and expect us to know instantly what's wrong. Post all of it, then maybe we can help you. In the meantime, make sure you've got the functions correct (the order in which you provide arguments, etc.) and that you're giving the right data.

Please either pastebin your code or post it in [lua] [/lua] tags. Reading code like that is a nightmare. Also learn to indent code properly if you want people to look at it without getting migraines... Also, the edit button on the top right of your post is there for a reason.

There aren't all that many US-hosted servers as far as I know. If you search on game-monitor.com for MTA servers, you might find some. And welcome to MTA.

MTA doesn't work with GTA 2.0, only 1.0, and if I remember correctly, only US and EU versions. I'm not encouraging anything, but a no-cd with 1.0 might solve your problem if you don't have access to a "legitimate" 1.0 executable.

It is possible, but for the record, I would only recommend it as a temporary solution, not on a permanent basis. It may look like the easy way out, but you should really seriously consider rewriting your scripts for Lua in MTA - that will offer the best results. AMX (the resource) is essentially an emulator, and few emulators are perfect. You may experience some issues, and large scripts might not even work. * And of course, by using SA-MP scripts you are missing out on a lot of truly great scripting features and ways to improve your gamemode and/or scripts. *) at least this was the case the last time I checked. Correct me if I'm wrong...
