Please run MTADiag again and enter 'n' when asked if MTA works now, then link to the log file it copies to your clipboard here.

It does not matter where MTADiag is placed. I think you have severe issues with your Windows installation. I would suggest reinstalling Windows.

Try sfc /scannow then.

Run Windows Update and install all critical updates. If that doesn't help, run sfc /scannow from a Command Prompt (run as administrator). If that still doesn't help, your Windows install is messed up somehow.

Try a repair install of the runtimes then.

I provide driver lists to be thorough. If you don't feel like installing them, just install the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable and run MTADiag.

Do you have an application called Evolve? If so, that is causing your problems.
