Okay, the graphics driver is current then - only Lenovo branded drivers can be installed, and the one on their website matches the version you have installed. Does the issue occur if you press the Windows key while playing GTA:SA single player?

In the CMOS setup, are you able to update the BIOS via USB? If so, please update using BIOS 1503. Also, the audio driver did not update successfully; please try it again. Providing only one dxdiag log is fine too, doesn't matter which 'bit' version.
