This is often caused by packet loss, make sure your WiFi signal is decent. Also provide the model number of your USB wireless adapter so I can verify it has the latest driver.

After installing, please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes and try again.
Extract those drivers anywhere and run the setup.exe within the extracted folders. The graphics driver does not need extraction, just run it and follow the prompts. It will do everything automatically.
This vorbisfile.dll should be the correct one.

MEI driver
Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
The touchpad button can likely be configured in the Mouse settings (Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse -> "Synaptics" tab).
It would appear that the AMD graphics driver is still installed. Does the AMD device still say disabled in Device Manager after restarting?
Could you provide the model number of your computer? It should be found on a sticker underneath your laptop and begin with g7.

I don't know what "support assistant" you're referring to but it is most likely wrong. All of the drivers I provided are newer than the ones you have installed based on the info from the dxdiag log contained in the MTADiag log.
