    crash issue

Is there a D3D9.dll in your GTASA directory?
  2. OK, the chipset message is fine. No need for any chipset drivers then, XP's own will suffice. About your sound, it's just an issue with internal wiring or a setting in the CMOS. But that's an issue unrelated to MTA. What settings are you running GTASA with?
  3. Only one side of your headset works even if you plug it in to the back, not the front? This link for the Chipset drivers should not set off your antivirus. The other link did only because of the type of package it is (self-extracting). Did you install the Ethernet driver?
  4. For the Ethernet driver, do a "Repair" option if it gives you one. Your driver for that is still out of date. And you were correct about having the latest graphics driver already. Try this driver for Chipset. If it doesn't install, no big deal. I did notice the "CM108.sys" is not WHQL certified and that may well be an issue. I was not able to find a newer driver; Turtle Beach' support website simply said to plug and play and Windows' own driver will be used. I don't think anything can be done about that. Why are you using this USB sound card instead of the onboard Realtek HD Audio?
  5. Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Chipset drivers Ethernet driver (download and install "WinXP 32/64 and Win2K Auto installation Program (SID:1428415)") DirectX runtimes After installing all of the above, please provide another dxdiag report. Is your computer a Gateway T5212, eMachines T5212, or some other model?
  6. Moved to Scripting section. Also, please read this thread.
  7. Moved to Client support. Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within tags.
  8. Try again. If VC++ 2008 SP1 redistributable asks you to do a repair or uninstall, do a repair. Otherwise, just install it. For DirectX, just check the "I accept" radio button and press next, uncheck "Install the Bing Bar" and press next.
  9. Please upload your image to www.imageshack.us and repost it. Topic moved to Client support.

You still didn't update the audio driver (or did it not install successfully?). Install both of the following: Audio driver Ethernet driver You say that the issue happens in both MTA and SA-MP, what about single player GTA? Can you provide a screenshot of the problem?
  14. Have you tried re-installing MTA again? Could you provide a screenshot of the empty server list?
  15. Download and install this.

Could you please post a new dxdiag log, making sure to post everything in the document? Does this problem happen in single player GTA SA?
  19. What specific error(s) do you get?
  20. Topic moved to Client support section. If you do own a copy of GTASA, what version is it? Steam?
  21. Don't know about the forums, but #ULK on IRC is active.
