  1. GTA Assault (MTA SA version) Assault is a TDM map, inspired by Counter Strike's cs_assault, created by Hayran with GTA SA objects. Your mission is to eliminate all enemies in the area within the time provided. Originally made for SA-MP, I asked for permission to upload this map into MTA SA, as it was made in MTA SA. With permission, this map is released for MTA SA too, so that Hayran can get more respect. Changes: - Added Barracks (Locked, Frozen, and Bulletproof) as a vehicle seen in cs_assault. - Removed the explosive barrels. - Added spawnpoints for MTA SA's gamemodes.   2. Well, they can have a choice to update it by themselves. Though less, maybe they'll come again with 1.0.4 or 1.0.5? At least they know that they have to update MTA SA.
  3. If you see rain, you can see the floor became damp (slight reflection). It should be possible by some way with some tweaks...
  4. It's not just a login panel. There's something on the bottom on one of the screenshots. Can you recreate this in English?
  5. Hmm, I can't mess with the file to make all of those blips appear, but there's a way to widen the radius of the colshape. Take a look. Open the resource, then get to the client folder. Open interiors.lua Now search for this part: markers[num].Col = createColTube ( x, y, z-100, 125, z+100 ) The bold ones is the radius of the colshape. The higher the number, the wider the colshape. The lower, the smaller. Change the radius of the colshape in any way you want. Hope this helps you again Yussuf.

    Selling scripts...

    Yeah I agree to Aibofoncen. Though protected, selling scripts aren't 100% safe. At least. Just be careful. The best way of selling scripts, is to put a protected, and compiled scripts so it's 100% safe. No one can decompile MTA SA's lua scripts in my opinion.
  8. Wow, this looks interesting. Minigames are one of the aspects the gamerX server (Yep, the popular freeroam SA-MP server...) did to fill up the server. Good work! But, I need some more details: - Where will the derby start? In a stadium or any custom DD map? - Do I need to edit the ACL in order to be able to use Axderby's admin features? And, add some screenshots. People won't get impressed without a preview
  9. Whew, that's good news. But still, it doesn't fix the GTA streamer. What ccw did was fixing the MTA streamer. It's just half complete now, at least...
  10. It's a GTA bug. You see, when a barrel is exploded, and you get far from the distance, and go back again to where the barrel is, it will appear again. He might mean that the other player behind the victim did not hit the barrels because the player saw the barrels exploded and are gone, according to that person's client. Players that were far from the barrel will see the barrel again, even though it already exploded, possibly more than once! Somehow special objects that break on collision (Hay, barrels, or petrol station) did not disappear completely, as the script says that the object is still there. This might have explained his problems.
  11. You want to edit the weapon's cost? Go to the resource, and then open maps folder. You can see that there is an "shops.map" in there. Open it with Notepad or Notepad++, which is my personal recommendation. You can see that there's more than one type of shops. Now look at this one, for example: Buy this by paying $200 and you'll get 30 rounds of pistol. You see the 'price="200"' attribute? There you can change the price of that weapon. If I change the price to 500 and the ammo to 60: Buy this by paying $500 and you'll get 60 rounds of pistol. There. You can see the price will change. Don't forget to look at other types of ammu-nation to edit it. Reminder: Don't put ammo on melee weapons. Hope this helps you out. I've given help as detailed as I can.

  15. Whoops! I forgot, I'm so sorry! But hey, I actually want to use some part of your 'shop' resource for the mechanics, especially the server-side. Well the thing is, it's not a mod shop. It's a vehicle shop. Still, for the mod shop, that could be a good idea, but it seems that I need to learn more about the handling.cfg parameters. And of course, I will place the visitor into another dimension to choose a vehicle so no one interrupts the vehicle. Also, only one person can enter at a time, so there must be a 'timeout' function in order to prevent camping inside the shop.
  16. Advanced Vehicle Shop Introduction Advanced Vehicle Shop is a vehicle shop with a goal for better design and more features than the rest of the vehicle shops. This vehicle shop has varieties of camera views, an RGB vehicle body paint (MTA SA 1.1), more organized vehicle list, a vehicle showcase option, and better quality. It's my upcoming project. I did this because I did not find any up to date made vehicle shop (except for 'shop' in which vehicles are included). I want to try to make this resource as good as possible. The design includes GUI & DX elements combination to make the best design possible. Progress So far only the GUI & DX elements have been made. Still a concept and without scripts, but it's likely to be this way (Don't mind the radar) What I want to change is changing the progress bar to a scrollpanel. I didn't find one in the GUIeditor, so I used progress bar as a placeholder. Beside the shop name is the timeout. What works: When not pressing a button for one minute, you'll exit the shop automatically. When the timeout comes to zero, you'll also exit the shop automatically. This will prevent players from staying there. The amount of time is planned to be configurable. This only shows the main menu. Later there will be a part where you can see some vehicle showcase. Additional Info I used GUIeditor and part of 'shop' resource (took only vehicles part script), for with this project. Thanks to R3mp and Castillo (solidsnake14) for the resources, they help a lot! The problem is, I might run into problems whilst scripting the resource. So I might have some questions at the scripting section later...

  18. Actually, radio channels are not one file of 30+ minutes of songs & ads. They're divided into each songs and also the ads are divided per advertisement. Each songs have 2 types: With cast & Without cast. It also has 3 alternate versions and 3 parts of each song provided. this is the actual order of each song: Beginning of song -------------------- Middle of song ------------------- Ending of song --> Ads / Another song Cast 1 --------------------------------- |.......... | ---------------------- Cast 1 Just Song ----------------------------- | ..Song.. | ---------------------- Just Song Cast 2 --------------------------------- |.......... | ---------------------- Cast 2 (3 files)----------------------------------(1 File)--------------------------- (3 Files) The beginning of song with cast is consisting of a cast speaking and song (lowered volume), then the song gets louder. The beginning of song file ends here. Then continues to the middle of song with just song. It just use one file. Near the end of song, ends the file. The end of song is consisting of a cast speaking and song (lowered volume), then the song stops as when the cast stopped speaking. The file ends here. It's my knowledge according to my modding times when I decompiled a sound file with SAAT (An audio decompiler for GTA SA). The radio files were on ...\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\audio\streams. They're divided according to each radio channel. Those file with 2 letters (AA,CH,CR) is where each radio channel is placed. So with that, it's pretty much hard to put that kind of radio functions. Sorry karlis. For the ads, they're one file per advertisement. Warning! It's not guaranteed to be correct. Don't put full trust on me!
  19. Pfff, have you even tried MTA SA 1.0.x? Well try releasing the map, convert it to 1.0 with the Race converter I gave to you, then give it a try! I think it will be better than on MTA Race. If you can't do it, you can release those maps or a pack here without converting it, then I'll convert all of your maps so that it can be used in MTA SA 1.0. What do you say?
  20. If you meet a hacker: Report if there is a report system. Try exiting the server. If there's only one player (hacker) inside the server, he'll go out of the server instead. Keep the hacker out of the server. He'll give up soon. Ways to keep the hacker out of the server (Brutally ): Blow up the hacker's vehicle as soon as the hacker gets inside the vehicle. Kill the hacker everytime the hacker spawns with a script. Freeze the hacker forever if he stealth kills when there shouldn't be a knife, or if the hacker has minigun or rocket launcher when there shouldn't be! BAN! With serial instead! <-- If he doesn't want to give up. That should be enough.
  21. And that is how Oz (or someone from DKR) made those interior fixes for the DKR server. But still, though first is the most effective, second is effective too, because they don't need to download the COL in order to play it. This is part of GTA SA's interior bugs. R* are lazy, aren't they?

  23. It's from the wiki. It means that you have to load textures first, then you load the DFF. Then it'll surely work with textures (But because this system is still glitchy, it's not 100% guaranteed that it will always load with textures.) Works for me.
  24. For me, I think karlis meant: When detective vision is active, will the GTA HUD still be visible? But yours also make sense. He may be asking for that HUD resource that was on the bottom right. P.S: Glad to see you back karlis

    Ahh good answer. I don't want to see a topic just for showing off and not giving a release. But you don't! And that's good news! I really want to see some features that were not included in the editor, like the water!
