I always use the SA camera hack in SP and I was wondering, can the SA camera hack be supported for MTA? The SA camera hack would be useful when doing a stunt movie with MTA and things like that… SA camera hack

No offence but isn't that taking the guts out of the game? What's gta without a deadly driveby? NOTHING! Yea, if ya look at Cj's arm when having the aim/driving cheat (OUIQDMW), it twists. Kinda looks silly. If you want to do driveby's with all weapons, make it with the SDK. If you want to see peds with guns and doing drivebys type FOOOXFT, SJMAHPE and do police missions.

And that's how a cheater is born. Cheating is like drugs, once you try them your hooked.

I like your idea on setting the players skills with the editor. Gives the players a challenge. I would use it in my DM maps.
