1.) MTATeam has announced that they wont release MTA 0.5.1 2.) I dont think MTATeam would ever "borrow" something from another mod.. 3.) They are working on SA right now, they have no people working on VC at the moment, or maybe ever. PS: Its been over year of that "0.5.1 is coming soon"

MTA Community has changed a lot from the 0.3 - 0.4 days.. Clans which has mature and skilled players are at the edge of extinction, Many old skool players have quit, Good competition has collapsed almost completely... 0.5 has been here for over a year now and MTA scene keeps on going which is good. The quality of playing can be seemed to drop, but still theres players who will keep playing, no matter what
