Bio....Oh....Im a bit confused,you estonians accuse me for using FL Off in matches,I have explained my fraps turn it back to FL On fps-rating,but you still whine about it,and now your asking what it does? Like you dont know? Very nice.... Well...there is more stuff than ZzZ said,but they are not so important in GW's. There is only 1 thing which truly annoys ppl, and it is FL Off (70-140fps) + Switchglich (sg/stubby), Its more than hard to hit in that situation. And we dont need trust,only fair players who dont accuse ppl and then use some "lame-techniques" to get their game better. And please dont post any excuses like: "Its only a game and FL Off is one option of it." Just try to play fair,thats all we ask.

My documents -> GTA Vice City User Files -> Delete gta_vc.set Should work,then try mta again. And dont worry,vc will make another gta_vc.set automaticly,it just reset's ur resolution and ur game buttons.

Hoooow about u guys stop this bitchfight until it gets really spammy,I think no1 can predict who is stronger,that will be solved in the league
