well according to TLR clans shoutbox MMM has a static IP and again is with NTL UK in Hampchester. and lads nearly everyone has knowledge of him, so add him also when u can. And for server admins its important for you all to make accurate scripts to log Banned IP, names and banned reasons so we can eliminate these few abusers
