If I were the one who decreased the stubby damage, I'd have halved it.

Hi , im new. Great work mta team ! but i am abit worried about the spawn selection with the camera returned like the 0.4.0 which wasnt so good . the selection that stays still like 0.3 and 0.4.1 i would prefer as some people have slow pc's etc. any how GREAT WORK!!
