Backward compatible.. if u will

Microsoft had an announcement up for a month on how to keep programs compatible with SP2. It may still be lingering somewhere on their website but I have SP2 and it's fully compatible.

As a note u may wanna grant WebProxy.exe to full access (if you have a firewall) if you don't u get a huge ping (trust me).

And there never was a Windows 93, Windows 95 was the earliest to be named by year. ^.~

I think ur thinking of BOB the failed windows that came out before 95.

I thought that one of the main "problems" was that the firewall was enabled my default, which would confuse stupid people.
