Zomlan
I think its a real nice music/mta/stunt video. I like the intro and that free cam movement . The music rocks and the synchronising was nice. Only the stunts werent that great (try not to cut them off) . Its a great vid, only try more impressive stunts 8/10 Link to comment
Samurai_Ohk
A soothing vid The free floating cam angles were really different. I checked the other vid too. Tell FMJ Matt, that was a cool song. Link to comment
netrex
Try finding music that fits action movies. This doesn't! Link to comment
Oli
thanks for ure responses guys, My main aim is to make serveral vids (probably one for each version of MTA) and then make a final vid. So im trying to make some movies with different styles, ie music and action, etc. Then once I have made a few and have a general reaction from each I will put what I have learned from each of them together and make a final video that suits everyone (within reason ) Link to comment
Bloodymess13
bloody fix the sin link on andy's site if u have time i wana see that Andy linked to it wrong for some reason. Prokopis
You'd give a perfect rating to a movie that was 50% just driving around and another 20 just looking around with the cam hack? Wow, you ppl got pretty easy standards . BTW, [...]Andy linked to it wrong for some reason. Anyway i changed the filename so now his link works, you could always just go and surf our library to find it ( http://thegamersalliance.com/videos ) we got 186 vids there so basicly anything you want is there.[...] Ahem: http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=6367 Lol @ finally telling Wheelz what's going on with that vid. That must have been his 8th or so post about it. Of course I knew all along (it's even in the TGA missing vids thread), but I thought it was funny enough to not tell him Link to comment
Dgtadude
i din't give the full socre because of the videos . I gave it because of the editing , I wish people could use something like this in stunt videos.... Edit: And he never said this was a stunt video ...... Link to comment
netrex
10/10 - Best Edited Movie I have ever seen . Congrats Dude. You need to see more videos.. Link to comment
Oli
just for ure info it wasnt a cam hack, it was just the first person view flying around in a heli. cheers for the pm Dgtadude, ive added u to msn so we can chat sumtime . As for any one who has complaints about this vid, i didnt make it to be a stunt vid or an action vid specifically, i simply made it so people would just sit back and enjoy it. Link to comment
Dgtadude
10/10 - Best Edited Movie I have ever seen . Congrats Dude. You need to see more videos.. Yeah ... Dude check out how each video piece of video contrasts with one another , And the dude recorded the video in 1024X768... The only vc video that ive seen record with this resolution and sound .... Prokopis
[...]Edit: And he never said this was a stunt video ...... I never said you should rate it as such . just for ure info it wasnt a cam hack, it was just the first person view flying around in a heli.[...] Fair enough, my bad. [...]As for any one who has complaints about this vid, i didnt make it to be a stunt vid or an action vid specifically, i simply made it so people would just sit back and enjoy it. If you're talking about me, no complaints; I'm just saying it was half driving around and another 20% flying around. As such I didn't enjoy it as much as I would enjoy saaaay some stunts, or more fighting, or watching an MTA race, or something. One more thing: I think having the raw vid's audio play along with the soundtrack kinda spoiled the experience. A cool song with a bloody m60 shootout would be all it'd take; no need to hear the rounds fire. Anyway, it's not a "bad" movie; just didn't get that much of an adrenaline kick out of it, that's all. And like most ppl said, the heli cam shots were really good n' original. Link to comment
Dgtadude
dude , i din't rate it as a stunt vid , i just rated it so that the guy wount know that he did a great job , lol Link to comment
Oli
well i like constructive criticism anyways, gives me something to improve on now. As i said before I am planning on making several movies of different styles and then once i get a reaction from each I will make a final movie that everyone likes. just out of curiosity how do you do a "cam hack", cos it might be easier than trying to fly the heli on an axact path, which can be very difficult to get some of those shots Link to comment
Dgtadude
Ill show ya the cam hack in msn in a few minutes Link to comment
