Thargore Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 yeah, jacking vehicles is pretty tricky okay, listen well: you have to enter a vehicle, which is already being driven by someone else. so in MTA, if you see someone in a car, try to walk up to him and enter the vehicle ..when you think about it, it's just like in Singleplayer when you jack a vehicle!

Thargore Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 no, but that's probably due to a synch error. someone didnt get the info that the hunter is flying, so he sees it at mil. base, takes it and you lose it (jacked in midair)

me Posted September 13, 2003 Posted September 13, 2003 it's not really a cheat, more of a bug. people join, and their client "forgets" to sync up all the cars. The person who just joined the server sees the PCJ 600 sitting at the start, instead of you jumping with it.
Xucas Posted September 14, 2003 Posted September 14, 2003 sometimes i try to wait when i see someone getting in the car, and i try to "jack off" err... the car i mean ...erm ... let me start over... sometimes i try to wait, when i see someone getting in a car , and i try to (damn this is hard to say seriously ) jack it, and the other guys animation is still standing by the car ... and i enter the car, and normally i wind up getting jacked ... because probably the server gets the information that the car was no longer there for me to jack ... it's a pain in the a$$
