The vehicle is called the SandKing, and you can only get it when you purchase the Auto Showroom and take certain cars to the garage. Now, since I own a Mac and do not currently own VirtualPC, I cannot play online yet, but I'm pretty sure you can't purchase properties on MTAVC...yet. Sorry. -Daedelon Conner

Some features: - The main story of MOD is about a bent cop; - There will be online missions available; - There are some rumour about pedestrians & traffic; - Both cities, without changing game; And many more....

You are not even close . Wait for the release and the info on it. It's gonna be awesome, but prolly not as good as mta:vc yet as it is 0.1.
