Beware of this guy named "Tails", he uses some kind of trainer which he teleports around a certain player in a triangle formation and shoots at each position.

I do not know any other aliases, since he uses the nick tails on every server. Beware.. lol

I've seen sombody called smellydrink or somthing doing that too, i shot on him then he was behind me, then i shot behind he was infront of me, like some sort of superman mod.

I saw something kinda similar to this in GTA3 ages ago, the guy had some kind of aimbot and could always warp right to you and get you with the 1-shot shotgun kill.

Its not lag. He has a about 60 ping and i know my lag. I got about 5 witnesses including the admin that temporary banned him for 9000000 days.. i guess i wont be seeing him in that server in 24,000 years lol, he isnt using a health hack though, since i manage to kill him when he warped right in front of me. i dont see people traveling at the speed of light in vice city like he did.

Its probably not a trainer, he is most likely doing the switch glitch. Which makes it appear like someone is teleporting.

he travels as fast as the speed of light, and im sure he is, coz he never stays still in one place except when hes shooting, and i made that pic in less than a minute

Well, there was some [MNK] cheater clan guy a long time ago that could lock onto your car and other players (so he could go the exact same speed and shoot at you) and shoot with spaz unlimited times. Of course, this was the most annoying cheater I had ever seen. Besides those ppl who just crash the game or blow up all the cars constantly. This is when I love that pausing is still allowed in MTA.
