go find/buy an smg or assault rifle with hella ammo, body armour and some sort of fire if you can get it, cruise to santos ammunation if you need to, then crouch strafe round the snitches house and shoot the CAR so it blows up, then the bodyguards/security guys will have noticed you so take them out (not hard) and enter the house, the snitch just stood there for me so the first time i shot him in the head which failed the mission because he couldn't be identified, so kill him with a few torso shots and take the picture.

its not the cheapest its the most effective, and its not only mta that showed what a good weapon this is, possible 200 damage and being underused would be teh weird. M4 and nades both work better for me than a stubby ever will again. That said, the "tonedown" on them will probably be server specific, random spawns for certain weapons maybe? Also id like to know where you got your stats from..

its not cos theres too many, its cos theyre all at once place (phils) 24/7 i should know, im one of them...in smaller servers there does tend to be less spawnwarring

maybe random spawns and synched pick-ups would rectify this apalling situation

Yeah but car killing is lame when its the ONLY thing people in a server do. Its not particularly hard to dodge i know, but if its the only thing you're gonna do ingame... Anyone notice the majority of new players getting killed by robbers tend to exclaim "stubby noob", its really funny/annoying at times.

i think blue is gonna make the game more lamer-free and such it will be a great breakthrough for sure..
