If you're getting disconnected for suspected trainer usage as you load the game up, it's usually caused by selecting the wrong version on the client.

You must've edited some of the MTAmA files, re-install it.

Your PC probably has the option to shut down on any crashes automatically. To disable it right click my computer, click properties, goto Advance, then Startup and recovery settings, then untick Automatically restart, then click ok

Stuff doesn't have to be written in the core for it to be synced - if it was like that then the idea of mods just couldn't work. These mods/add-ons are downloaded by everyone (and specified by the server as to which ones are being used on that server) and then it is all synced. This is my understanding of it anyway... Edit: I might have a go at making this when Blue comes out...

The team wouldn't include this by default, but someone could make a mod to do it...

It's not that simple, GTA3 never gives the credit to the person in the car; it gives it to a person nearby on foot or no-one.
