I liked it, it is one of your best so far Mike. Congrats, thou the only problem was Tommy Vercetti's Robber outfit was a bit well, glitchy . I think it could of used some stunts in it, in like a chase video. Overall: 9/10 My favorite VC movie: Gang Warz

Go into single player, make sure the type of launguage is that to the MTA Client you downloaded. Also, is the type of game set to like 1.0 or 1.1? Did you try 1.1?

He even said how to mod Vice City. He has a cracked-client so when you ban him, he can come right back. So if anyone could, please Range-IP Ban Him (Ghengis, Wheel, Nutz) from the Party Server. Also, be aware for he does mod, saw it and Server Admins out there, be on the watch for him.

And what, each version it is suppose to get less lagger? I just played GTA3 and I have to aim 5 persons ahead of a guy to just hit them. And they have a 100 ping. It is annoying, I don't know where to shoot in the middle of a fight also, and my ping is basically 0 as I live just by the server and a great PC.

Boats, ehh for what... unless there will be a mode for like racing, or like picking up a certain breif case and taking it to a certain location away from the people with the guns in the cars... for money lol (basically wanting ammunation for VC) heh, then people wont whine saying stop spawning robber ect.

This is a new flight clan to help flyers get better and also for Stunt videos. We are sperated into Divisions, the VC Division and the LC Division. Once players join, they will join under !EF!, after exactly 2 weeks, they become -EF- and may quit when ever they wish, if they have learned how to fly. Alot of their members don't usually hang our on the Party Server... and most aren't on that much... but they are active trust me. On another note, this is a VC clan I suppose, or untill the clan gets GTA3.
